Organizational Structure

     Our organizational structure is a compact, flat two layer system and is an efficient system since all projects are supervised by a project engineer/ manager who assemble the required personnel to perform the necessary engineering and associated functions. This system allows a direct access to the project personnel at all times. The remainder of the organization is made up of engineers, designers, draftspersons and office staff.

Experience Emphasis

     Our organization was originally established for the purpose of providing Electrical Installation Engineering services to industries. However, on occasion, disciplines other than Electrical have been required to provide successful installations such as Civil, Mechanical and Structural expertise. We refer to ourselves as a 10% Structural, 5% Civil, 5% Mechanical and an 80% Electrical Organization. Recent changes in our customers’ organizations will most likely drive significant changes in these percentages. Our experience ranges from conceptual studies to technical assistance during construction. We have also provided consultations and reports for insurance and legal firms and have acted as a sub-contractor for other engineering and manufacturing organizations. Also, field installation assistance has been a predominant part of our project responsibility.

CAD and Computer Software

     We have in-house Computer Aided Drafting and Design Systems in place with sufficient capacity to provide engineering drawings for all projects. Currently we are using the latest AutoCad and AutoCad Electrical packages.

     We are using a database to produce cable schedules which automatically calculates conduit and tray fills as well as finding many common errors. Also, we are proficient with Microsoft Office Applications including the use of Microsoft Project..
